This rod organizer fits right under the Bonafides SS127 and SS107 seat. It is great if you want to keep a couple rods close. Or if you are fish area with a lot low hanging trees. You can put your rods low and keep them organized. Also if you want to keep your rods in your boat when transporting to and from your favorite fishing spot. The rod organizer will keep them from sliding all over the place. The kit comes with everything you need to mount it. It only takes 5 min. TOPS!
You can fold the seat from the high position to the low position with no issues. But you cant use the holders in the low position because it will be folded under the seat.
